Have used Dallas Affairs twice now for two important events; baby shower and 40th bday party. Both times excelled my expectations. This bakery is a bit more pricey than other bakeries but definitely worth it. The cake I ordered for my bday was the Chambord Cake decorated with the Mexican Wedding dress decor. So many wonderful experiences and Dallas Affaires Cake is our “go to” place for anything special. All of our friends and family expect an extraordinarily beautiful cake that taste amazing for every event we host, and DA has never disappointed. After meeting with several bakeries we chose Dallas Affaires for our wedding and groomsman cakes. The entire process was easy and we couldn't have been happier. The consultant took the time to understand what we were looking for and tailored the cakes/filling/icing to exactly what we wanted. Dallas Affaires made our wedding cake and did a fantastic job! It was delicious and looked exactly the way we wanted. I gave them a picture off of Pinterest and they did it perfectly. Would definitely recommend them!

We purchased two cakes from Dallas Affaires this weekend. One was a chocolate cake for a birthday. It was beautiful and delicious. The second cake was for my wedding. We had visited several months before for a tasting. The tasting was great fun, the cake and frostings were fresh (I have been to other bakeries and the tasting cake had been frozen). I have ordered from Dallas Affaires periodically over the past few years and have never been disappointed.  The customer service is great and the cakes and cake balls that I have ordered in the past have always been beautifully decorated and beyond delicious. I recently ordered a Yule Log cake for Christmas and needless to say, it was divine!  I ordered on relatively short notice (a little less than a week before Christmas), but the ladies at Dallas Affaires were able to fulfill my order with no issue.  That cake was the hit of the Christmas desserts table!There is no question that I will go back.Dallas Affaires Cake Co is a solid choice for any special occasion need. I wanted a geode cake for my science-themed wedding, and was discouraged by the price tag of such a cake from several other Dallas vendors. Until I met with Dallas Affairs!! I knew already from a friend's wedding that their cakes are DELICIOUS. Moist, smooth, and not overwhelmingly sweet. And lots of unique flavor/filling options. (We went with Vanilla cake with Red Velvet filling-- A++). For a very reasonable price, we got a geode cake that our guests raved about and posted all over social media. We used Dallas Affaires for my mother's retirement celebration. They were very accommodating. Donna was so helpful. Once we finally decided on the cake design, everything was smooth sailing from there. I asked them to add their creative touch to the design, and they exceeded our expectations. We couldn't have imagined that it would turn out so gorgeous. All of the guests commented on how beautiful it was. And the taste was superb. It's hard to find a cake that tastes as good as it looks. My mother's cake was strawberry, real strawberries were used, which made the cake even more moist. Dallas Affaires Cake went above and beyond for our cake tasting and wedding. My daughter was disappointed she read not able to make the tasting they sent us home with samples for her. It made my daughter feel so special. My cake was BEAUTIFUL!! I received so many compliments not only on the design but the taste. We used to only use Society Bakery, and still do love them, but Dallas Affaires has become our top choice for special occasion cakes. They are delicious, adorably decorated, and are very reasonably priced. I placed a last minute order for a 2nd birthday cake last week and they were so gracious in accommodating my order and the cake was amazing—exceeded expectations. I am BEYOND happy with the cake that Dallas Affairs created for my mom's birthday. It was worth every penny. I can't tell you how many compliments it received. If I could add ten stars, even that would not be enough. Dallas Affaires Cake Company exceeded our expectations many times over when they created our board game cake.

Having full creative license with the concept, they showed EPIC level artistry, attention to detail, and a delicious cake.

Sounds like I am gushing? LOL. Not sorry about it. Amazing job!
