We have a couple:
Our popular NY Dog is Snuggled in a grilled bun then topped with homemade Zuccinni relish, onions and mustard. Our Zuccinni relish has been handed down over generations and the unique taste will surely capture your taste buds.
Additionally we have our delicious Italian Sausage with homemade peppers & onions.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Our primary menu and staple is our Hot Dogs & Sausage. We are however an Italian family so we love to cook! We cater to our clients based on their event, theme or expected guests. For example: we may add Mac n Cheese as a side or for larger events we may suggest Baked Ziti with our sausage etc…
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing smiles after tasting our food … watching everyone just enjoying the day. We are grateful to be part of our clients celebration!
What inspired you to start your own business?
People... we love serving our family & friends, now we just having a much larger audience.
Why should our clients choose you?
Just ask our existing clients. When you hire us you don't just get a typical Food Truck, you get a gourmet spread - the menu selections have been decided on because of demand - the quality of our food is delivered with high standards or it is not allowed on our menu - many of our condiments are homemade so that the taste is unique and different than what you would ever expect from a Food Truck.
It doesn't matter if we are serving 300 employees, or 65 our service is always superb and our customers let us know it.

We do deliver for larger events as long as we have at least 24 hrs lead time. Delivery service can be done through ezcater.com.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We prepare all containers prior to any event we have. All ketchup, mustard & napkins are included in individuals containers. If there is anything extra (like mayo, sauce for chicken tenders, onions etc...) we handle that from the truck. We never put anything out on a table or in coolers for people to help themselves. The less contact the better. We also have a contactless POS to prevent touching CC or having the customer to sign anything. Additionally, we are up in the truck a good 6 feet away from even taking the order.
If we are catering inside a venue, then masks are required from our employees. Gloves are always part of our uniform.
Food Truck service
We come to you and cook to order for your guests. We have multiple meal options and can be flexible with food choices.
Indoor catering
If you have a venue without cooking abilities, we can do the cooking on our truck and cater the food items indoors.
Formal catering
We actually have two ways to serve our clients-
1) Right from our Food Truck or
2) more of a formal/traditional catering service.

Outside Venue
Discover country space surrounded by oak trees and beauty. You & your guests will have plenty room for a wedding tent (or other), amazing picture setting, portable bathrooms etc.... We can help coordinate & prepare for whatever the occasion might be.
