From start to finish Tim and his team at DAL were first class. I received over 5 quotes for a new front porch and DAL was the only one I trusted with the complicated project. I have worked with many contractors in the past two years and I would say DAL was the only one who went the extra mile with their project and provided pricing that truly reflected the quality of work (note: the quote was lower than other contractors I would consider of lower quality). We hired DAL to rebuild our small rooftop deck. Â Tim and Dave were both great to work with -- very responsive in answering questions and very fair in the pricing based on other bids we looked at. Â The project itself was completed quickly and efficiently over about 2 1/2 days, and the team left the area very clean when the work was done. Dal Builders installed a new deck and stairs in 2018. Â I have worked with other contractors and no one surpasses the level of professionalism, kindness and craftsmanship that DAL provided. Â Tim, the project manager was superb to work with. Â He visited the site routinely, answered all of my questions and was very responsive. DAL Builders just completed a big project at our condo building; our back iron stairs. They replaced some of it and did maintenance (rust removal and painting) on everything. Tim was wonderful to deal with, and a great project manager. He was responsive, arrived at the times he said he would, and managed all of his crew from start to finish. We just finished our project with DAL Builders and already have them working on a quote for our next project. Â If you expect excellent customer service and a superior product, call them. Â I told Mike I wanted a long-lasting, low maintenance porch and we discussed all of the options. Â We chose Ipe (very hard Brazillian wood) and Azek. Â Mike was always quick to respond to requests for information or to answer questions. Â The work crew were all very nice, professional guys. Â They cleaned up every day and the craftsmanship is outstanding. Â When there was a small misunderstanding about a finish, Mike was promptly at my door to discuss it. Â DAL took care of it and, needless to say, we were more than happy. Â We are very pleased with our new front porch. Â It is beautifully crafted and will last for a very long time. After receiving a few different quotes for the replacement of our outside stairs and putting up of a fence, we decided to go with DAL Builders. Â Our Sales contact, Michael, was very helpful and always very quick to respond to our questions. Â Michael came to take a look at what we needed and we received the quotation via email within 1 or 2 business days. Â He was always super helpful and explained every step in the process. Â Once approved by our board and waiting for the rain to stop, they were at our house by 7am and finished in 2 business days! Â The process was very smooth! DAL rebuilt the deck on top of our garage and then also rebuilt the staircase leading up to the deck. Â They did excellent work, the quality of the craftsmanship was impressive. Â Their guys--especially Brian (outside contractor?), Sebastian, and Tim--were personable and very professional, and we appreciated their input and suggestions. Â We did have some delays in getting things finished, though most related to either weather or the manufacturers' (Azek) inability to ship product that was not warped; it took three shipments to get things straight. Â And as with so many construction projects, it ended up costing about twice what we anticipated. Otherwise we were very satisfied with the project and the end result. More...

After my husband and I had kids we wanted to turn our basement into a playroom for them. However all that was down there was concrete and wood, hardly a good place for toddlers.
