First off, everything was delicious and there was a lot of it. We hired Daddy's for our daughter Quinceanera after our first caterer canceled and it was the best decision we made. Second, all of the gentleman there were polite, smiling and very attentive. They got everyone through the line quickly and even walked around seeing if the guest were good and clearing away empty plates, even though they totally didn't need to.
