Our son started D1 Fairport in October 2020. He is very active in sports and we began to see an improvement with his agility, flexibility and endurance within a couple of weeks. The staff is amazing, and they really care about the kids. The best thing of all is our son looks forward to going to D1 training. I would recommend D1 to everyone. We love it!!!! More...

Absolutely love D1! Have been going for about 3 weeks now and the support and knowledge of the trainers is amazing!
