What inspired you to start your own business?
During downtime in my life, it was revealed to me that I had more to offer than to work for a company. I love to help people believe in themselves and help them build upon their dreams and attain their goals. I took my education and experiences and established systems and processes to start a firm that helps small businesses obtain the same quality resources and support that large companies have that protects their businesses and help them to continue to grow.

Yes. The majority of our services are done remotely. We use electronic filing for managing clients and their employees in a secured location. We conduct our meetings and consultations via telephone and video conferencing.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are committed to the safety of our clients, employees, and community. We can conduct all services remotely. In the case where we need to visit a client's site, we follow the CDC guidelines to ensure that the proper protocol is executed, not limited to wearing a mask, gloves, and properly social distancing. Our employees and partners are held to the same standard.
