I buldged a disk in my back along with compressing the spine. I had been in pain for a couple of years. In that couple of years I got out of shape and had pain from my back daily. I decided I needed a change and Pavel has helped me make that change. He has somuch knowledge of how the body works and what muscles you need to use to strengthen different parts of your body. I have been pain free since I started training with him. I no longer need heating pads for my back or medicine. I would highly recommend him if you have any kind of back issue! I have had multiple personal trainers over the years. None as good as Pavel. Most I have had over the years, train you for the hour and that is all they provide. Pavel is very diligent in making sure each persons personal goals are met. He not only offers personal training but also talks about nutrition and what each individual must do to meet their own goals.
