We have used this service a few times (most recently a week ago) when we go on long trips. It's so nice not to have to drag several pieces of luggage in from the parking areas, and even better to let someone else do the driving after a long overseas flight. Vehicles are clean, the drivers friendly, and they send you updates and reminders. Maybe a little on the pricey side (comparing here with NYC airport rides, not Austin ones), but not so much I've felt the need to go looking for another. More...

What a wonderful experience!  I contacted Cynthia's to arrange a limo ride for my daughter's birthday party.  From the beginning, the communication was excellent, and the service was very professional and accommodating.  In fact, they even went the extra mile and put out a red carpet and happy birthday sign on the car for her.  The driver, Jon, was extremely patient and helpful.  I had a general itinerary planned out, but he helped me when we needed to adjust without any hesitation.  I'm so impressed with the customer service and the entire experience.  My daughter will remember this party for a long time!  Thank you Jon, and Cynthia's for your services.  I will definitely recommend you to my friends and family. I've used Cynthia's both for personal trips, referred to my friends for their events and as a wedding planner always happy to refer them to my clients. Cynthia's team takes care or you every step of the way. Her process for booking is organized and simple. The drivers are always professional and reliable, they always assume early for pick up, and are familiar with the area. And all of her vehicles are beautiful quality in top condition. Cynthia has been in the industry for years and knows what it takes to run a professional transportation service. Being in the wedding and event industry myself for the last 7 years has taught me to beware the underpriced limo services. You are taking a risk that the driver is from out of town and doesn't know their way around, what detours to take because of construction or heavy traffic, a car arriving that is old, smells bad, no a/c, etc., being late or not showing ay all. If car trouble happens, does your no name limo services have reliable back-up plans or connections within their industry to make a call and continue service with little to no interruption to your schedule? That's not a risk you want to take with a VIP client on their important day. Cynthia's can provide transportation services for whatever your needs. The limo driver was extremely friendly and understanding. We were going to Fredericksburg from Austin and back in the same day and he was always willing to stop and pull over when needed. I recently had surgery which left me unable to drive my 14 year old son to school and after school activities.   I engaged Cynthia's to take care of my son's transportation for an entire week.   My son was initially hesitant, but after the first ride he was completely on-board.   The drivers are tenured and professional.  My son commented that he liked every one of his drivers and he never had to wait for anyone to pick him up.  Each trip (about 3 a day)  the driver was exactly where expected ahead of time.   I cannot say enough nice things about how well my son was treated and how safe he felt.   As well, it was wonderful for me to know that my son was safe and being delivered to school and his events without interruption.   I have some driving needs in the near future and I will book Cynthia's again each time.  The best!!!!!!! I have used Cynthia's Manhattan Limo service about 4 or 5 times now. For each time, the cars have been excellent, have arrived on-time, have gotten us to our reservation appointment on-time, and have returned us home on-time and safely. The drivers have all been professional, courteous, and have been as quiet or as engaging as we wanted them to be.I have enjoyed using this service as it allows you to chat with others in your party without having to pay attention to driving, fighting traffic, and getting frustrated over not being able to find a parking space.And, should you decide to have an adult beverage or two, it saves you from getting a DUI. I've used Cynthia's for every airport transport I've had since 2012. My first call was actually for a minor surgery, an early morning appointment for which I was nervous and alone. On short notice, I requested a female driver, and to meet it, Cynthia herself drove me. She's incredibly professional, yet also warm and personable. Her drivers have never failed me, including during one particular airport run in heavy traffic badly backed up by a recent accident. My driver knew a way around it I'd never have known to try (and I'm not sure anyone else stuck in that mess had thought of either). I was sure it would be a close call, but instead arrived with plenty of time and nothing to worry about. I travel a lot for work and a few recent return flights have been up to 6 hours late, in the wee hours of the morning. Without fail, Cynthia's drivers are alert, on time, professional, welcoming, and happy to collect my (always overweight) suitcase without complaint. The cars are always spotless. Her rates are beyond reasonable. The security of knowing they'll be there handling my needs flawlessly and on time, makes my many stressful trips that much easier on me. Oh, and one time my car battery died just as I was leaving (late) for an important meeting 80 miles away. I called Cynthia in a panic. Though her whole fleet was in use at the time (and every car rental place I called sold out), she immediately jumped into action, helping me out by PERSONALLY calling every other possible business she knew that might have one for me. I used them for my daughter's wedding to take away the bride and groom after the ceremony. They were flexible as I had to call them to come a little earlier than expected as it was a scorcher of a heat wave and the guests were dropping like flies. I would definitely use them again.

I checked pricing with several limo companies prior to our daughter's wedding. Cynthia had the most flexibility and allowed us to reserve limo for only 2 hours before 5:oopm which was exactly what we needed to get bridal party from hotel to venue. She promptly called me back and sent me emails confirming all my requests. The day before the wedding, she called and offered us a free upgrade to the "Sprinter" van which was much for comfortable for 10 men. That was unexpected but a great bonus! They were super easy to work with. We had reserved 2 large buses but when we got the final guest count realized that we did not need that much and they were able to change 1 to a smaller bus. I rarely review anything on the web, but after our recent experience with Cynthia's Manhattan Limousine, it was very apparent that a review was in order. After calling several limo services in Austin to schedule a day trip to the Texas Hill Country wineries, Cynthia's stood out as far above the rest. Ashley handled our reservation and was fantastic on the phone, offering suggestions for the trip and even offering to help with Selecting our wineries. A few days later, we received a follow up email with a list of recommended wineries, and the day before the trip Cynthia personally followed up to insure everything was in order. Debbie was our driver and was absolutely fantastic, working with us to amend the schedule for the day, offering suggestions for lunch and even offering to drop off our purchases at the hotel while we enjoyed the evening. As a business owner, it is so refreshing to work with a company that actually understands what true customer service is and implements it to the level we experienced on Saturday. At first, we decided to not provide any shuttle services to our guests because the price was just a gouge to our pockets but Cynthia offered us an unbeatable price for a 56 passenger bus for our guests and split limo services for the bridal party! She was very flexible with a few last minute changes to our original services at no extra charge!  I had a LOT of questions but Cynthia and Ashley answered them in detail!  The day of, I received a notification email of who our limo driver was, and he was great and very accommodating all day! I did not receive a notification on who the shuttle bus driver was.  Note: The limo service was through Cynthia's Manhattan Limo but the shuttle (which typically always are) was outsourced from a company Cynthia has used or typically uses for that bus size.  Based on our guests feedback, the shuttle ride out to the venue was excellent and very fun, but there were issues with the ride back to the hotel.  Our fun bunch was singing songs together on the ride back to the hotel (45 minute ride) and they were all singing songs and the female driver turned the music up so loud none of the guests could talk to each other and our guests were yelling loudly asking her to turn the music down because it was hurting their ears.  Unfortunately, she did not turn the music down.  My mother and step father, who were on the bus, had a few words for her at the end thinking maybe she misunderstood a song request but the driver was very very rude to them which proved this driver did not want to deal with 56 guests and she must have had something personally happen to her prior to the return back to the hotel.   Our guests arrived safely back to the hotel, but the comfort of their ride back was very unpleasant and uncomfortable.     Cynthia is very passionate about her company and we discussed the above. She did take this complaint into consideration and will modify future shuttle bus services to make sure this doesn't happen again. More...

My wife and I recently use Cynthia's Limo service for our son's wedding in Austin. From Houston, I checked many limo services online and stumbled onto Cynthia's website. Out of about 8 different companies, only 2 responded, but didn't offer much since it was prom week. Then Cynthia contacted me and offered me an awesome deal since I wason a tight budget and tight on time. They were very courteous, professional and helped with anything we needed, even stopping for a bottle of Champagne on the way to the venue. Cynthia's drivers Carl and Dylan were very polite, considerate and prompt and the limo was not just clean, but luxurious and comfy. WOW! My family and I were completely blown away by the top-notch level of service Cynthia's Manhattan Limo provided us!

We had a very detailed logistics plan for the day, and Cynthia's handled it flawlessly! With 220 guests in attendance for the wedding, Cynthia's made sure that all the guests were where they needed to be when they needed to be there.
We had buses that took all of our guests to the church and then to the reception then back to the hotel. In addition, we had a limo take the wedding party and immediate family from the hotel to the church at an earlier time. My husband and I left the reception in a town car after the wedding. Our venues were in a close proximity and the schedule was tight, but Cynthia's executed the plan perfectly.
The staff of drivers was just fantastic! Thank you, Cynthia, for personally coordinated the event on the day-of. Thank you for making sure my wedding day went perfectly! Also, a big shoutout to our incredibly kind and thoughtful limo driver, Carl! Thank you for taking us to the reception in the limo! So appreciated!

I have to submit a review for this last trip.  I am a fan of Cynthia's having used them several times.  Last week we simply couldn't figure out transportation to get my parents to the airport. I called Cynthia's kind of last minute.  I scheduled them to arrive at my house at 3:45. Everything went perfectly.My parents travel a lot and their expectations can be high. Their email to me read, "The trip to the airport was first class and, to us, it was a very nice treat. The driver was at the door before 3:30pm. Great company! Two months ago I scheduled and planned a whole bachelorette wine tour for my sister with capital city limousine. ... Unfortunately at 11 pm the night before they called and tried to change the price and length of the tour significantly, so it was cancelled.  I called Cynthia's Manhattan Limousine at 9 am the next day and they picked us up at 11.  This company not only saved the day (and my ass) to make my sisters wine tour happen but the driver Carl was hilarious, friendly, and in general just a great addition to our trip.  If you are researching limo company in Austin use this one and avoid capital city limo....
