This full service package includes, but is not limited to: creating a vision and budget, securing any and all vendors, contract management, invitation ordering, mailing & management, scheduling at least 1 walkthrough at the venue, managing the set up and breakdown the day of the event, securing transportation for the guest(s) of honor after the event and more!

Day of Coordinator
This package includes but is not limited to: a meeting 3 days before the event to go over final details and hold a walkthrough at the venue, confirming arrival times with all vendors, managing the setup/breakdown of the event, securing transportation for the guest of honor after the event and distributing any gratuities to vendors.
