Chad Williams designed and provided construction management services for a 1200 square foot ADU, completed this year at our property near the top of Hecker Pass Road in Watsonville.  The home he designed turned out great--very unique, and highly energy-efficient.  Chad knew how to design in some custom touches that made the home very site-appropriate for our rural setting.  He also was great in navigating through the vast number of permits required for the job, and lined up some great subcontractors to execute all aspects of the build.  I highly recommend CW Design for your next complex project such as this. I've been working with Chad since this past Summer to design a 2 bedroom, 2 bath Additional Dwelling Unit (ADU) for my rural property at the top of Hecker Pass.
