Very well designed new building in an upper crust subdivision. It's mainly for fine wine purveyors, but I visited here today for the food. I had phoned ahead an order for the Acadian club sandwich. My fiancé and I had dinner with our two besties. The aesthetic of the bistro is beautiful! I loved the lightning and it made us feel like we weren’t in Thibodaux anymore. We found a table pretty easily even tho the place was busy. Beginners luck? We had apps, cocktails, and dinner. I really enjoyed the focaccia bread and will definitely order again. We also ordered the charcuterie board. My fiancé enjoyed more than me since I was obsessed with the bread. My first drink was a Porch Punch and my fiancé stuck with his tried and true Old Fashioned. My drink was light and refreshing. It wasn’t overly sweet. I could have drank five more but... trying new things here. I tried my fiancé’s drink and I thought it was pretty tasty. My next cocktail was the Stay Safe which was so nice. I personally think it would be better as an end of dinner meal drink (which my friend ordered after her meal). My friend ordered the Kentucky Rifle and the Pauvre Bete. I tried the Kentucky Rifle and enjoyed it. (Will be my first drink order the next time we come.) I ordered the Crab Fat Gnocci and I am so glad I did. It was so good! My fiancé ordered the Short Rib Rigatoni and I really liked it. The flavors were awesome. I wouldn’t have changed a thing.
