I came back to Curves about a year and a half ago when I heard that they were using Jillian Michaels work outs in their clubs. I had been going to a gym where I participated in power classes. My shoulder and knees started to bother me and I needed something different. Curves is for women of all ages! You get what you put into it! The Jillian program is challenging but offers an alternate exercise you can do until you build up to the more challenging ones. I will be 48 next week and Curves has me in the best shape I have been in since my 20's! More...
