So good! Chef Rudy makes incredible food and you can definitely tell how much time and passion goes into to the food! One thing to note, if you see the front of the food truck propped open, he is in there and open haha. This threw me off the first time I went because I thought he was closed. Curbside Bacon is more than a food truck. It is the home to Chef Rudy the culinary genius!! Chef Rudy prepared the most decadent desserts for an event I held at the Tower Theatre for over 250 attendees. His dishes were creative, on point, and top notch.
