I used Cupcakes & More for my official wedding cake. To start the process, my now husband and I went in for a taste test and to talk about what we wanted. The staff was very nice and helpful through the process. They delivered the cake on time, decorated it with some greenery (after I had sent pictures of what I would like it to look like) and it looked fantastic. The cake was very good! Pros- When my mom and I went in for an impromptu cake tasting since she was in town, Regina, the owner, graciously let us sample several flavors at no cost even though we had just walked in without an appointment. Right then and there we put down a deposit to save our date since the cake was so good and Regina had been so accommodating to us. After going back several times to try different flavors, we ended up ordering a 2-tier cake in raspberry almond, and then got several ½ sheet cakes in almond (“princess”), pink champagne, raspberry almond, and chocolate lover’s flavors. The cakes were DELICIOUS and we got a multitude of compliments on them!
Neutral- We had WAY too much cake leftover after going off the estimates we were told based on the number of guests...like more than three ½ sheets leftover. Lesson learned- get a little less than they recommend. But I love cake, so I’m neutral on this. :)
Cons- (Please take this with a grain of salt - I don’t know if the following was the fault of this business or my decorating helpers!) I had sent Regina an example picture of what I wanted the tiered cake to look like and arranged with her that I would have my decorating helpers leave a bag of clearly marked cake decorating supplies (artificial flowers) on the cake table at the reception for the cake deliverer to decorate the cake with when dropping it off. However, the cake was not at all decorated like I had envisioned. They didn’t use any of the supplies I had put in the clearly marked “cake decorations” bag, but rather some extra little colored balls I had put in a box to use just in case some tables looked empty. Overall the cake looked ok, but didn’t really fit the floral theme I was going for. I wish it would have looked like the example photo I had sent. Good thing it still tasted amazing! More...

We had the BEST time here! They were the people that are planning on making our wedding cake for our April Wedding Reception. We got to decorate our own cupcakes and taste just about everything they possibly could make. I've never felt so important in my whole life! Our family loves cupcakes and more!!  The cupcakes are amazing (the wedding cake flavor is my favorite, as are the cheesecake and lemon sunshine ones).  There are 3 different sizes of each flavor, so perfect for everyone, whether you want a bite or to really indulge ;).  They also do amazing cakes at an affordable price.  They've created several cakes for birthdays for my kiddos and are always able to recreate what I ask them to.  Also, I know they used to have dairy free options, and that is so wonderful for people who have intolerances or just prefer to avoid dairy.  Definitely give this cupcake/cake store 5 stars!! Cupcakes & More made our wedding cake, mini cupcakes, cake pops and cake balls. They were absolutely amazing! Our wedding guests absolutely loved them! We only had a few left and we had brought them into work that Monday and everyone was so happy haha! The display was beautiful!! Customer service was great! Regina and Crystal were great to work with. They really catered to what you wanted and if you had other suggestions they would make it work. I would highly recommend these guys for any event! These cupcakes are amazingly good-I even ordered my b-day cake here. They were able to customize it. Very moist and delicious. On a rotating basis so they don't always have the flavor you want. Little pricy, but not as much as other cupcake stores-$3.50 for two jumbo cupcakes and they do give you rewards. We have Pogo Cards so that's why it is 3.50 for two. Regular pricing is $1 mini(or 1.50), $2.25 for a regular, and $3.50 for jumbo. They also give amazing samples so you know what flavor is good. Awesome place. More...

Very good cupcakes. Love the cookie dough they have on Friday's. Love the different size cupcakes they offer. I have also had different groupons they have offered. I used one at Christmas time. They were a big hit, and decorated so pretty. The only thing I really did not like was ..they had a place on the credit card for a tip. I don't think a tip is necessary. Grocery stores don't have places for tips. Why should cupcake stores?  Over all.. I have tried 5 cupcake stores in Lincoln. This cupcake store is be of my two favorites. . More...

The prices are a little steep, but I think the presentation and taste make up for it.  It's a great little splurge to do something like for yourself or someone else.  The service was good, and all of the options were up front when you walk.  The cakes were moist and they were well decorated.  I will definitely go in again, soon.
