I am not a cook but my husband and I joined the French cuisine class on a whim for a date night and it was a lot of fun! It was a recreational class where all the students were in charge of making one dish and we had a giant French feast at the end. The kitchen was super clean and it was neat getting to use a commercial kitchen for the first time. And bonus- the soup I made was great and I got to taste several new dishes that night. More...
