Holy cow, if you have an event that needs to be catered, you HAVE to talk to Mike over at Culinary Productions. He did such a fantastic job and the food was AMAZING! ! Everyone at my wedding was talking about it! The staff was also soooo friendly and awesome. I felt like I had known them forever! They really helped make my rehearsal dinner and wedding reception truly spectacular. Oh, and if you're a Key Lime Pie fan, I'm pretty sure Mike's was the best I have ever had. Culinary Productions, Inc is amazing! The catering staff was exceptionally nice. They did a fantastic job at making sure everything was set up perfectly and everyone was attended to. The food was super delicious- all of our guest were pleased with the selections. Arranging the catering and delivery was easy. Dalise was our contact for all our questions and placing our order. She was very helpful, professional, and quick to reply. We had our rehearsal dinner for our wedding catered plus we ordered some appetizer and in-between-meals type food to take home for all the family that was in town. Highly recommend. More...

We used CPI to cater our outdoor wedding, and could not have been more thrilled with the experience of working with them! Mike and Dalise provided an affordable, flexible, inclusive, and worry-free service . Their willingness to work with other vendors was the key to making our wedding the perfect day. The staff that served at our event were friendly, professional, and extremely hospitable! It was an absolute pleasure to work with CPI, and I look forward to leaning on them again for future events. I couldn’t be more pleased than I am now with the food and service provided by Culinary. Everyone commented on how good the food was & how prompt they were served. The servers and bartenders were great. They were out on the floor refilling food and all very polite. I’m so glad we chose Culinary to cater my wedding and will surely recommend to anyone. We are so very happy we went with CPI for our wedding catering!!! The food was absolutely delicious, and they were so great to work with throughout the planning process. From the first phone call with Mike, we were seriously impressed with the professionalism and customer service they offered. Dalise was extremely responsive over email about every detail or question I asked, which was so appreciated since we were planning the wedding from afar. They offered to help with lighting the candles, setting out our dessert trays of donuts (which were ordered elsewhere), arranging the napkins and other linens, and so many other things. We also used their bartending staff, and they were great!! They made sure everyone was having a great time, and they kept up the energy. The catering staff present at our wedding were amazing. They checked in with me and my husband often to make sure we were taken care of, and at the end of the night, we were given a literal basket of extra food for later, plus a bottle of champagne. They were a huge reason our reception turned out so nicely, and we can't thank them or recommend them enough!! They could easily get away with charging a lot more for their services, but they are reasonably priced and worth every penny, and more!! More...

Culinary Productions was fantastic. Amazing to myself, husband and guests during on our wedding day. They returned all emails quickly, and helped with and and everything we needed! The appetizers (bacon wrapped shrimp, sweet and sour meatballs and chicken and waffle skewers) were a huge hit at our reception. On the day of, the staff were so great and friendly. The staff were very on top of things and very helpful. I would very highly recommend Culinary Production for any event. They are also very reasonably priced compared to others.
