while in my field of substance abuse counseling I Apryl Lang often used cooking as my coping skill. Often feeding both family, friends & co workers. Growing up I enjoyed spending time in the kitchen watching my aunt Mechelle or my granny Joyce cook southern staples. The aroma that would spill from the oven leaving the entire house smelling like heaven, created memories never to be forgotten. From these amazing memories, a deep passion for cooking birthed & started Culinary Cognition.

We offer a variety of catering menu options to suit your needs & custom menus. As an extension of our company, we now own & operate our very own food trailer which may also be rented for private events; wedding, parties etc. We are fully committed to providing you with all that you desire at a price that meets your budget, and with unparalleled customer service. During the pandemic we became creative by offering our customers curbside delivery of any & all catering menu items at no additional cost to customers. While operating our food trailer all guested were advised to remain seated in there vehicles as staff would come to driver side window to take orders & deliver them the same. Not only did we become creative we also partnered with multiple food delivery services in our area to help eliminate traffic & to help those who maybe quarantined or sending food to someone else. These measures were helpful in protecting both customers & staff.
