My name is Linda and I am the owner of Gateau de Jil. I became a tenant at Culinary Co-Op on July 1,2021. I had no idea of how to get started with my own business but Sherry with Culinary Co-Op held my hand right through the beginning process. I’ve only been there little under a month and this baby bird is flying thanks to the open kitchen to continue to practice my skills and grow my business.
