What’s your signature dish?
I love seafood being in New Orleans native anything that has seafood I love to prepare and cook it especially pasta.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
By communicating with my clients and finding out what they like to eat and what they don't like to eat food they would love to try out.
What do you love most about your job?
What I love mostly about my job is putting a smile on people face and see them enjoy eating my food ❤️
What inspired you to start your own business?
My kids,my grandmother She taught me how to cook when u was 7 my kids push me and motivated me to want more for myself and for them being my own boss leave something behind for my family is my dream ?.

I do provide gluten free dairy free food .I also provide variety of Hors d'oeuvre gluten free as well.
