Manny and his crew went above and beyond their duties. Even after Cubicle and Office installed our cubicle panel walls Manny would come back and fix things that were outside of his scope of work. They offered to help with our electrical, vacuum, and want to make our area look better anyway they could. They tore down and built everything in a timely manner. Earlier this year I began shopping for work stations for our business. I received a consultation from another company. That company took more than three weeks to provide me a drawing for just one room in our building. Frustrated with the service I was receiving, I entered an online inquiry and received a prompt return call from a gentleman named Manny Downey. Manny was out of state at an industry convention. He assured me that, upon return, he would be out immediately. During his absence, he sent a colleague to measure our spaces. Upon his return, Manny met with me on site and listened to the goal of my project. Manny was attentive, responsive and a, consummate professional. We discussed multiple options and he had his CAD team member draw them up for my review. I never felt pressured during the process.
