Where do I start?Kathy was incredibly easy to work with from beginning to end. I remember browsing florists on yelp, looking for a style that intrigued me. I came across crystal rose florist and reached out to her. She was extremely prompt when responding to email. We met up and went over the details for my wedding.  I had a small wedding and didn't need too much because we kept it simple. I wanted to make sure my bouquet was everything though. The day of the wedding I showed up and saw the beautiful table setting with a mix of flowers -- reminded me of wild flowers which was perfect because it was a mountain wedding. Kathy set everything up. Last minute I added a small bouquet and pin on for my nephew and it wasn't a problem at all! I live in San Diego and like to send flowers to our family in Folsom. This time I was sending poinsettias to my father-in-law and mother-in-law. I was late sending them their Christmas gifts, so to compensate I sent poinsettias! Great idea right! I So, I found Crystal Rose florist on Yelp, gave them a call, and found out they still had some in stock (3:30 pm 12/23/2016). I was courteously greeted on the phone. Kathy did the flowers for our wedding. The bouquet was exactly as I imagined it to be. The price was better then we expected, you know how every thing goes up when you say wedding. We will revisit Cristal Rose again for our floral needs.       We are having the bouquet freeze dried to preserve them forever. She and I mainly communicated through email and I literally just explained to her the colors of flowers I wanted, the types, and described the size of what I wanted for my wedding, which was rather large. My bridal bouquet was beautifully wrapped and designed. She even asked me about details I didn't even think about such as floating lights for the vases, and other little touches.

Kathy was very nice and listened to my concerns and needs. She worked with us to get us what we wanted within our budget, and we were so happy we worked with her. I noticed she even added a few special touches in terms of the flowers and decor that we didn't have in our original order, so that was a pleasant surprise. Kathy at Crystal Rose Florist did an amazing job on the flowers for our wedding. She did mine and my girls' flowers, some small centerpieces and boutonnieres for the groomsmen.  I went into this completely blind, I know nothing about flowers and didn't have a ton of funds dedicated to the flowers in our budget. Kathy worked with our budget and recreated some photos I sent her for inspiration. I never saw a picture of what the actual final product would look like, so I was a little nervous. But when I arrived to the wedding venue, she had already dropped everything off and I LOVED EVERYTHING. They were absolutely beautiful, I was so very pleased with everything. My best friend moved out to California six months ago. She was admitted to the hospital and I really wanted to get her some flowers to cheer her up but every where I called was too expensive. They were so amazing at working with my budget and helping me out! Especially with me living all the way in Indiana. I grew up in Folsom and my parents still live there. Recently my mother had surgery and I wanted a good local florist (I don't trust FTD or any of that crap, too many horror stories). Crystal Rose had the best rating and they deserve it. I posted some photos of the flowers in the photos section and on day 7 look just as good as on day 1. That's what you pay good money for folks. Crystal Rose Florist and Kathy the owner, are amazing.  I live out of town and have a girlfriend in Folsom.  I have tried flowers from other florists, but they never last as long.  Crystal Rose has always delivered flowers that are not only gorgeous but last for weeks.  In the hot weather, they deliver late in the day when my girlfriend is home instead of leaving them out in the heat.I tried something different this last time - having an orchid delivered.  Kathy emailed me pictures of what they had in stock and said that if I didn't like those she would check to see what their supplier had available.  The best service I could ever ask for.Prices are very reasonable, Quality is excellent and the Service is amazing.  You can't go wrong with Crystal Rose! I ordered flowers for Mother's day and collected them in person.  I was given advise on how to transport them safely in my car and they provided a small box for added stability. Ok first of all Crystal Rose Florist is an exceptional florist. They are welcoming and provide excellent customer service. I as a customer call them directly to get my money's worth on the flowers. You can also order with them directly through the Internet. I read a complaint on here about people using the "middleman" such as FTD and Teleflora and complain about the flowers they receive. First of all if you live in America you should understand that nothing comes free in the land of the free get that through your head. If you have time to get on the Internet and find a florist or go on directory we live in the age of technology it's not rocket science yet people still insist to use third parties and not the florist directly and then complain about their orders.PSA:First off all using corporate companies like TeLeflora, FTD, Bloomnet, flower shop network, etc they all need to make their money so they take half the cut of the flowers so the florist doesn't get paid the full amount you pay for the flowers. They will fill the value to what they are given after the cut from these corporate companies. You might ask well if that's the case why have them these companies exist primarily to be convenient for people who want to send flowers out to different areas throughout the world. It seems as a convenience however with modern technology you really don't need these middleman companies you can google a florist near an area you wish to send flowers and call them directly to get your money's worth and this way you only give your business to the florist. moral of my public service announcement call the florist "DIRECTLY"!!!! To place your order you can will receive your money's worth so that special someone can enjoy the flowers. Please do all yourselves a favor use google if you have to AVOID!!!! Crystal Rose Florist just provided the flowers for my wedding last Saturday.  Kathy, the owner, was wonderful to work with right from the start.  She listened well to what I wanted and provided helpful suggestions.  When funds got tight Kathy found alternative solutions while still maintaining the elegance I was going for.  She really seems to care about her service and the final product.  The flowers were stunning and she even jumped in to help during the wedding set-up.  My friends working to set-up the wedding commented on how pleasant and helpful Kathy was.  I will be using Crystal Rose Florist again and again in the future. Crystal Rose just did the flowers for my wedding and I really don't think I could have been a better choice. From the get go, Kathy was friendly, helpful and amazing. She wasn't pushy at all but really helped with suggestions about what would work well after learning more about what I liked/wanted. Her bid came in well below other florists in the area and her manner was much more inviting - so we went with her!Good choice because the flowers were perfect!It was well over 100 degrees the day of the wedding and the flowers held up like a dream! My bouquet was so perfect, it was even more than I had hoped for. The bridesmaids all loved their flowers. We also did wristlits for the mothers and grandmothers and they were amazingly beautiful. Excellent experience! I had contacted several wedding florists and wasn't happy with their attitudes or high prices. On a whim, I stopped by this little flower shop. I was impressed to find such affordable prices! I did my wedding flowers on a tight budget and you would've never known. My wedding flowers were gorgeous and cheap. Kathy didn't cut any corners and everything was high quality and even lasted long after the wedding!Kathy was great to work with. She was so patient and took time to educate me on all of my options (who knew there were so many flowers by so many different names?). She never tried to up-sell me and her bid came in UNDER budget. I was in a rush a few weeks back planning my grandmother's funeral services when I came across Crystal Rose Florist online. I ordered a bouquet and 40 roses and they gladly set up a time for me  to pick up the flowers promptly at 9 am on my way to the service.When I came to pickup the flowers, not only were they ready and waiting in the freezer, but they were beautiful and the woman helping me was extremely kind. She gave me a deal on the 40 roses and presented me with a bouquet that perfectly matched the photo online. She also let me borrow the rose bin so that the roses wouldn't wilt on the hour ride from Folsom to Grass Valley. When she learned the flowers were for a funeral, she graciously offered her condolences.The flowers were beautiful and complemented my grandmother's service in a way that I can't express.I will absolutely be going to Crystal Rose Florist in the future. My husband and I had a small ceremony back in August to get married. I came into the shop knowing nothing about flowers. All I knew was that I wanted one bouquet, one boutonniere, and the colors. Kathy immediately started asking me what types of flowers I might like and within minutes we had a plan. I let her use her creative side and boy was I happy when I received the bouquet and boutonniere. They were perfect. The colors we right on point and so fragrant.
