Cleaning was good; however, just be aware that for the deep clean it’s $45 an hour PER cleaner. That wasnt clearly communicated and therefore completely misunderstood on my end - I never would have hired if I would have known how much I was actually going to be charged afterwards. I was also supposed to receive 10% off and now that I’m reviewing my invoice, I don’t see that either. I’m a bit upset they wouldn’t work with me because I would have hired them for monthly cleans and recommended them to family and neighbors close by. More...

They inform u in advance regarding any hiccups to avert misunderstanding of ur expectations and give u recommendations on how to better service u. Sometimes we are under enormous stress when selling a home and have to get so many things done. Having Crystal Klear Cleaning prepare my home for sale was the smartest thing I could do. They took away all of the worry and make everything shine along with disinfecting the entire home. The work was prompt although I had to change the date several times. It was done right the first time and put my mind at ease with the realtor that I had chosen the right company. The owner, Kimberly Montesinos is the easiest to work with, so professional, knowledgeable, and comforting. She assured me she "had my back" to get this done right and on time and she delivered.
