**If I could give Crystal a 6-star review, I would!** I’m very particular and honestly don’t typically take the time to write reviews. Given the incredible job that CCO Pros did, I had to leave one. I called CCO as a new customer, with a lastt minute need, for a top-to-bottom deep clean. I couldn’t be at the house being cleaned at the time of cleaning and had to coordinate letting them in. They went above and beyond being flexible, making the house spotless (including extras, like the dishes, for FREE) and brought a beautiful bouquet of my friend’s favorite flowers (she asked what type) once she knew the home she was cleaning was owned by someone who had just lost her dad. Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes, Your CCO PROs will be equipped with cleaning equipment for all jobs. Services we do not provide equipment for (other than cleaning supplies and other necessary supplies defined by Crystal Clean Organizing) are Events, Packing, and Organizing.
What do you love most about your job?
Stains: The feeling of removing aged stains
Good Deed: Lots of our clients book for others, and depending on the occasion or reason Our CCO PROs pitch in to do something special for the person the service is being done for.
That last inspection: We do a before and After walkthrough with all clientele, I love when we do the After the Smiles we see are just amazing and make my day.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired by a contract I had working in a Temp Agency. The office team was super nice and I was being paid very well. I really enjoyed the work I was doing (Organizing, and Tiding) and put all my efforts into it. The HR Manager told me, "I should cut the middle man and go work for myself because I did an amazing job." I really enjoyed the work and how happy I was making people. So I did exactly that after I finished working on their project. My husband is who talked me into doing Home and Commercial Cleaning which created Crystal Clean Organizing LLC. I am experienced for 8 years and continuing in both areas.
