Hotel was recently redone so was sparkling clean. Staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Bed was very comfortable. Fitness center was available 24/7, parking was easy, restaurant was fine. We would definitely go back.

The bathroom is very tight..the open door takes up most of the room. The shower controls are among the most bizarre I have ever seen, with a tup spout at the bottom of the shower, and controls on the wall. Water pressure was good and plenty of hot water. This hotel was better than I expected usually I don't give this hotels anything more than 3 stars because they are small and they don't really have much to do so I save the 5 stars for those that I think deserve 6 but the staff was incredibly friendly the rooms where actually nicer than expected they have a really nice party room and restaurant I actually recommend this hotel over all the others around it

My husband and I got married in March 2019 in the Monmouth County (NJ) area. I originally reached out to the Radisson Hotel Group in May 2018 to set up our second wedding block. I wanted to have rooms available to book as soon as we sent out our save-the-dates – because some people are as Type-A as myself. After supplying the required information – the number of rooms needed, etc. - I received an email with all of the rates and, from there, it was just a waiting game. However, when I needed to inquire about how many rooms were booked at any given time, it was Chelsea, the Room Sales Coordinator at the Radisson in Freehold, who assisted me. She is very nice and attentive and definitely deserves a shout-out! More...

One of the best place in the city. Rooms here feel more like studio apartment. Then hotel rooms free WiFi. Gorgeous pool with a pool side bar and sea views.

We stayed at the hotel the night before our craft show event. The ballroom where the show was being held was beautiful. The staff was friendly and very helpful during the set up process. We had drinks and dinner at the “Winners Circle” the night before, which is the hotel lobby bar. The service and atmosphere was top notch but the food was just ok and the prices were really high. The place is nice and clean,but the first day we arrive we went to the restaurant and there is different story,nobody was there to say hello to us or tell us where to seat,we sat where we thought we we can,the lady there was not happy to see us,she look tired and unhappy to be working there,and the food there had some problems too,I’m sorry to say but the restaurant doesn’t have the same service and hospitality that the hotel has!

Liked: check-in receptionist was friendly, staff were polite.Didnt like: on check-out I had heard the receptionist ask a guest what could have been done to make their stay better, but in my case I was not asked that, so it came across like the receptionist cares more about the guest experience of some than others.
