My wife and I hired Jeff and Crust to cater our Wedding and boy are we glad we did. From the first conversation to the last Jeff and his team were amazing.
They were prompt in answering all emails and phone calls and went above and beyond to make sure our big day was perfect. They were able to cater to all of our friends needs from gluten allergies to lactose allergies to vegetarians nothing was out of play. The menu they put together for us screamed our personalities and what we were looking for in our BBQ backyard Wedding ceremony. Every guest made it a point to find my wife or I and ask who was cooking because they were amazed how good everything was. Jeff and his team are exemplary in guest relations and making sure the client is happy. Would absolutely hire them again for any event!!!!!!!

CRUST Wood Fired Pizza catered my rehearsal dinner I could not be happier! Jeff and his team exceeded all expectations with their professional and friendly attitudes and service, not to mention the food that my friends and family are still raving about. They really went above and beyond to make it a perfect evening for us. The salad was the perfect start to the meal and the pizza was incredible! All the toppings were fresh and there were so many options to choose from. Their signature combinations were delicious but they also customized to my guests preferences. It was just like the pizza in Italy, prepared the traditional way in an authentic Italian pizza oven and there's just nothing like it! What’s your signature dish?
Here are some of our "signature" thin crust pizzas. Brown sugar crusted baby back ribs, Filet mignon with Armenian marinade and parmesan mashed potatoes, Lobster Mac 'n 4 Cheese. YES these are all pizzas!!
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I personally take the time to speak with anyone interested in our catering services. Generally a phone call(s) to discuss the event and any special requests which we are happy to accommodate. Many times (if it's practical) I offer a site visit to understand the full scope of the planned party and the specific location. We cater events from toddler birthday parties to 300 person corporate events.
What do you love most about your job?
This business is very interactive. The absolute best part of the "job" is the fact that we are literally performing while we are preparing delicious food. Our chefs hand stretch every pizza and our made-from-scratch toppings are used to create out of this world wood fired pizza. What we do invites conversation (and sometimes participation) with your guests. Every event provides an opportunity for me to leave a lasting impression with 50, 75 or 100 people who may be future customers.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I'd been cooking for friends and family for nearly 40 years. Starting a pizza catering business was something that had been in the back of my mind for years. I finally found the right time and went for it.
