We have gotten takeout from here before but never actually dined inside. And it was great! The atmosphere was nice and lively on a Saturday evening with the baseball game on. We didn't know this before but apparently you just find yourself a table and someone will help you out eventually. It looked like they needed more servers on the floor because it was pretty full that night. The hostess brought us some waters and our server brought out our food quickly! It took a while to get refills on waters and for her to take the check but we understood because it was pretty busy. Fair prices for the delicious food you get.  I absolutely love the mac n cheese and the side of bread that came with it. My boyfriend's penne pasta was great as well. I would highly recommend their pizzas and pastas as we have had them for takeout before and they serve well and everyone liked them!! Definitely will be coming here more often. More...

I ordered the "Penne Pasta" which was mediocre at best but I couldn't even finish it. It took almost 30 min to make this one plate of pasta. My garlic bread also came burnt.

Here are the highlights:- Their STEPHANIE pizza is my favourite; I get it every time. I loved all the ingredients, from the mushrooms to the prosciutto to the fresh arugula on top. Decided to try this place out after passing by a few times and SO glad I did. The food was absolutely amazing but the service even better! Amy (manager I believe) greeted me at the door, she was so sweet, and gave some awesome recommendations. The Brussels sprouts, omg GET THEM. My order of two pizzas and two appetizers took about 40 mins, but its fresh pizza so it's expected. Worked out, I got to go to the grocery store and pick up a few things. They also offered me Soda while I waited and thought that was nice. Can't wait to come in for Dine in one day! Thanks to everyone working here through all this COVID stress! More...

I have eaten at the Crust in Carlsbad (different owners) and have always been happy with the food and service. Came into this location for lunch and have a few gripes; - Music was entirely too loud. I know the food is all to go but I could not even hear myself think - The server working didn't seem too happy to be there. Not a customer service friendly attitude. - Pizza slices had burnt residue on the back from the oven not properly being cleaned and were just kind of dropped int he box. Looked as they fell on the floor and then were placed in there. - Again food was to go, no utensils or napkins were provided or offered. I'll come back and give the place a try again but it would be nice to have a better experience next time around. More...

Picked up food again here recently and was met with a less than warm welcome. There were probably 3 parties dining in (mostly at the bar) and about 4 waitresses walking around and not a single person glanced my way. I stood by the hostess booth for about 5 min trying to make eye contact with someone before anyone even acknowledged me. Everyone kept turning away from me and talking to a coworker or running behind the partition to the kitchen area.  A waitress eventually glanced at me and held up a finger as if to say "one minute". I waited for another couple minutes... I was pretty annoyed at this point. Finally someone finally came up to ask how they could help me. I let them know I was picking up a phone order and they got me my check and food. It's absolutely one of my biggest pet peeves to walk into an establishment and be ignored, especially as a paying customer. A short greeting would suffice just to let me know that they've acknowledged my presence. I would have understood had they been busy or slammed with orders, neither was the case. I know businesses are going through tough times at the moment and I'm always trying to support local but that's no excuse for such poor customer service. More...

Ordered takeout the night of the election. The people working there it seemed cool but I was disappointed by the pizza, especially considering the price. The dough was really chewy and didn't have any particular flavor or crispiness. The cheese was also nothing special, and I'm a huge fan of a great mozzarella.
