I am a certified personal trainer. I love helping individuals achieve the fitness goals one step at a time. I love to teach proper form and technique. My motto is:

First getting on the same page with the client is most important. Knowing client/trainer is a good match. I make sure the client is vested in their fitness journey, have the right mindset. There is no quick over night program. I work with my clients to make sure its a program they love. Provide the right training of technique and form. Providing a foundation to continue on the fitness journey as a new lifestyle. Always making sure it is challenging yet fun at the same time.

Understanding that it take commitment and consistency. This is the reason a personal trainer can be imperative for ones success. The accountability alone is priceless.

I love watching my clients get stronger, more confident in themselves. How clients day to day activities become easier as they continue to become more and more fit. I love working with clients who have never stepped foot in a gym to clients who have spent many years.

I started weight training when I was 15 years old. I was a personal trainer for over 15 years. I stepped away from training for a number of years and came back to it again after covid. I wanted to do what I love, helping people feel comfortable working out, getting in shape and finding a passion for it.

I am not a "gimmick" based trainer. I will not promise overnight results. Quick results won't last. I want to work with clients who understand it takes time to achieve your goals. We need to be patient and committed to our goals so that the results are long lasting. It has been proven time and time again, if you go into fitness for a quick fix you won't stick with it. Fitness has no end game. It is the game:)
