How about you not charge people that haven’t been coming to your gym since COVID-19? I called to put our account on hold when I saw the August charge, and they refused to refund that bill because it was for the past month. ..then, they charged us a prorated amount in September...then two months worth in November?! The employees are fantastic, especially for not currently having an official manager. Very friendly, always greeting people at the door and asking them about their day, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely manner. Seems to me the only customers with issues are the ones who have caused them. You get what you pay for. The gym is nice and classes are good, but the staff is incompetent and the business is unorganized. Staff seems to have little to no training in customer service and they “leave notes” for the manager who is never in or “busy” and doesn’t return calls. Had to escalate issues to another manager in Bellevue because Silverdale is so inept. Save your money and go elsewhere! More...

We just moved here recently from FL.. Granted it was a little later in evening but we finally wandered in. Back home most Crunch fitness are 24Hr this location is not yet. we were greeted my the only staff member on shift before closing.. She got us in the system with trial passes She had great customer service. Gym was clean and as far as staff we have yet to see. Thank you to the employee that was on. ???? More...

Great customer service so far. It was 8pm on a Sunday and the guy who was working was very kind and set us up even tho he was closing. Did I hear something about childcare and open 24hours coming? Both of those plus the great customer service would make for the perfect gym. I’m a nursing Assistant that works overnights along with hundreds of others and we’d definitely benefit from it. Thanks! Dude, that hydro bed alone is 5star. Everyone helpful, everything's clean and under control, there's always a crew member cleaning, there's always classes going on, people are always encouraging each other, it's just a great environment. I might try tanning one day, but I'm already brown so... maybe not. Lol More...

So far I give this a 2 Star I’m a new member and I just feel “some” of the staff was not caring to much about customer service being a new member nobody showed me “or” told me where the locker/ bathroom was where certain machines were how the tanning/hydro machine worked not even the online part etc they are a younger group who seemed more into socializing then customers I’m very independent and am figuring things out on my own and the gym itself I love “some”of The staff not so much I feel they should show u things and let u feel comfortable in knowing the machines and where stuff is located times opens and closes etc all they did was physically sign me up THATS IT!!
