I just went to Crunch this week for a tour. At first it was really intimidating. I was nervous walking around for my tour but Derek was so kind, down to earth, and I felt like he really understood my anxiety. By the end of the tour I felt so welcomed, signed up for a membership, and left feeling like I would have so much great support there! Do not join this gym. They say you can cancel your membership anytime. Not true. I was a member for almost 2 years. Called to cancel. Didn’t happen. Said I needed to come in. Well I didn’t want to come in and get hassled. Called again. They wouldn’t cancel. So I blocked automatic payment. They sent my account to collections. This is one of the nicest clubs I have visited and worked out in. I live in Ilinois and have visited this gym three times now while in town for business. It is always extremely clean, the staff is very friendly, and the energy is super upbeat and positive. You may find one of those qualities in some clubs, but rarely find all of them in one gym. We have been members for over 2 years and Love Crunch Fitness. The early morning hours 4:00 a.m and cost hooked us on joining. Crunch is very Spacious, clean, has Top Quality Equipment, and Excellent staff. Has a variety of classes to help motivate the beginner,and the seasoned fitness types. Completed my first workout at Crunch today since changing over from Xperience. I’ve never felt so good after working out. There are so many machines that I’ve seen online in videos I’ve watched that I’ve never experienced before and I loved every minute of it . I used to be a member at Planet Fitness. I recently signed up here based on recommendations from many friends, and I truly couldn’t feel more satisfied! Every employee I’ve come in contact with has been so unbelievably friendly and helpful with any of my questions. Usually I just do my own thing but today I had my first group class with Carrie and it was such a great workout! She was such a great instructor and I look forward to taking more of her classes. I joined Crunch in August 2018 and so far I love it. they are very helpful if you have any questions and they have childcare for cheap. I can tell it's a judgement free gym. they have all the equipment for all my needs and with my membership I can do group workouts, I can tan, and use the hydromassage bed. Joined about 4 months ago and I actually really like it! I had my preconceived ideas about another gym like this but totally not what I expected. .. in a good way. I have been a member at 2 other gyms in Appleton over the past 10 years and Crunch surpasses them BOTH by far. First, the atmosphere is very welcoming. Everyone who works at the desk greets you and seems excited for you that you are there that day. Never once have I not been able to use the equipment I wanted to. There are so many options here for weights and machines. I also really love the open concept, and the mountain stairs. The locker rooms are nice and open. Also this is the cleanest gym I've ever been in. Including the kids crunch area. My 2yo and 5yo love it there, they do activities with the kids and they are great at calling/getting you if there is an issue with your little one. The small group training is really cool, good for all levels, even trying it once helps you learn new workouts, and you really get to see your own capabilities. The classes are good, the instructors are generally pretty fun and encouraging and always offer modifications. I suggest you try it, get a tour if you aren't sold completely. There is no way I would have been able to ditch 53 pounds if I wasn't completely comfortable in this gym. Never too late to start, find your motivation. More...
