Crunch Fitness in Kenwood is the bomb place to get your fitness fix! I love the staff and the amount of positive energy. I am moving to Southeast Florida and totally bummed the closest Crunch is 51 miles away . Where I'm moving has a great gym. However, with that being said I will be traveling the Southeast coast and Planet Fitness has many locations available. I hate that I have to join Planet fitness but I need to be able to work out when I it's feasible. Will miss Crunch in Kenwood, the staff, the members. I would highly recommend Crunch Fitness! I joined Crunch Kenwood just over a month ago and have enjoyed so many classes! The variety is amazing and the instructors are great. I use the childcare and my kids (ages 2 & 6) love their time there. The equipment is top notch and the staff is super helpful. My favorite part is hopping in the hydro massage bed at the end of my workout- no other gym has the whole mind-body-spirit package at an affordable price. Highly recommend! More...

Not sure why it moved downstairs,but it's inconvenient to have to go through the garage,and the whole set up is off. The free weight area is so cramed together,there's no room to workout.

The equipment is set up poorly, not thought out at all. Also the group fitness is ridiculous, no reason for the entire gym to hear the instructors talking for the few students, complete overkill and disruptive.

Love this place! It’s an amazing facility, but what makes this gym really stand out are the people working there. Front desk, group instructors and personal trainers are all welcoming, positive, upbeat and always ready to help. They will go above and beyond to help you and make you feel comfortable. They create a sense of community that I’ve never experienced in previous gyms. I always look forward to my gym days now. If you decide to join or take a tour, don’t forget to ask about the hydro massage chair. It’s included with most membership plans and it’s amazing to use after your workouts. the men's locker rooms are filthy and I would consider a health hazard. the machines are nice except most of the cardio devices do not interface Eth the televisions correctly. this past Saturday, I tried to attend a class for the first time and the instructor was a no show. My 20 year old daughter, who has mental health issues, went into the KENWOOD Crunch to sign up for a basic monthly membership. She was up sold a weekly personal trainer which came with a 12 month commitment/contract which she fully didn’t understand and had no business signing up for. I called the KENWOOD location and then took my daughter with me to the KENWOOD Crunch location and explained the situation to the General Manager (his name I can’t recall). Instead of understanding and doing at worst, canceling the contract and at best, refunding her money he smugly looked at me and said she signed the contract and there was nothing he can do about it! My daughter did not have the capability to fully understand what she was being sold and I understand the salesperson could not know this at the time of the sale. BUT once the situation was explained (to the GM who can make decisions!) it came down to doing the right and he looked me in the eye and said too bad for you! Been using the Kenwood location for a while now, always a good experience. Mostly Wednesday thru Sunday is when I go. I like that there is more versatile equipment at this gym than many others I've been to.

I’ve always had a great 10/10 experience here at the Kenwood location. I decided to try the Florence location and it is a big disappointment. All the machines are crowded and it just feels dirty and greasy. At Kenwood I go at night about 9:30-10:00 and the staff at those hours are always cheery and smiling and very helpful. I’ve never had a poor experience at Kenwood but idk if I’ll come back to the one in Florence. Joe has always been so helpful and kind. More...
