I love this gym! I joined on 12/6! I love the staff, childcare, equipment and classes. I’ve already lost 12 lbs. in three weeks. Crunch is by far the best gym in Lubbock. They aren’t rude to you if you can’t afford personal training like other gyms are, they are very nice people, and the daycare workers are the BEST. I love working out here. Tons of cardio machines and it’s rare I have to look around for one. I can push myself without judgement and get the results I want! However, lately it has been extremely hot. Even the staff standing behind the counter are sweating and they aren’t even working out. At times it’s very difficult to catch my breath and yesterday I actually walked outside in 90+ temps to cool off because the breeze outside felt better than the gym itself. I’m not sure if the AC was even on today but it’s getting harder and harder to workout. I might add it wasn’t because the gym was crowded because it wasn’t even half full. I asked multiple people and they all said it seems as if the AC is freezing up or just not on. I do hope a resolution can be found for air in the gym before too long. More...

I’ve taken several ride classes and the one that’s given me the best workout has got to be Mike. He teaches for the ride outside and it really challenges me. It’s a great cardio workout! I definitely recommend taking Mike’s class, he makes sure that if it’s your first time, that you’ll love it and want to keep coming back for more! That’s what got me hooked!
