It has the best staff. But they are over worked. They take care of the guests, but they have no time to to clean. I have been going for weeks and the place is destroyed. Trash and dirt everywhere.

I would suggest the employees NOT lie about the equipment being broken, they clean the facility more the staff be a little friendlier and corporate office respond to emails instead of employees telling you “to be honest they probably didn’t even look at them. ” Nice job Crunch four thumbs down . I paid the extra for tanning and everytime I tried to use it an employee was not around. Often times I left without a tan. I tried to get a refund in the store and they said corporate had to do it. I contacted corporate many times via email and no response. The gym is gross and not upkept. Terrible service, terrible customer appreciation, and terrible cleanliness. Definitely a no go. More...
