They have some really good strength, and core and upper body classes, some of them give you a run for your money but the are truly amazing and you can see good results from them if you do them right. “Great Trainers” and just all around good and positive place... If you haven’t tried any of the classes you should, don’t let walking by and watching us in the classes scare you because we’re just trying to fight through the class, but enjoying it at the same time, you don’t want to miss out.... By far the most amazing gym experience I’ve ever had. I am overweight but love the gym. Often let lack of encouragement from gyms stop me. With this gym that is definitely not the case. The most amazing classes with extraordinary instructors!! I look forward to going the gym now. At crunch fitness working out has become a hobby for me instead of a chore. It's a really nice and clean facility. Everyone there is pretty nice and I loooveeee the hydromassage chair. Really gets the knots in my back I get from work and school hunched over a computer.

honestly LOVE the equipment here, and love that it’s never packed like other local gyms. The staff is polite as well. The ONLY complaint I have is that the lay down tanning beds are literally never working when I try to use them. I’m told it’s ready, get undressed and get in, press start... and nothing. So I have to get completely dressed (taking off and putting on sweaty fitted gym clothes isn’t exactly easy lol), then go out to front and tell them it doesn’t work. They move me to another bed and same thing. So they have to reset them, which ends up taking another 20 min or so before I can actually tan. I pay for the premium membership, so it’s kind of a bummer they don’t function properly. If the management fixed that issue, it would be the perfect place!❤️ More...

The gym is a very nice facility and the staff is very friendly. However, I just bought a membership about a week ago and I am already frustrated with how the classes are managed. There does not seem to be enough classes for the amount of customers. The classes show booked before you can even click on them to register for them. The Ride classes seem to be most popular but they do not offer enough of them at times when working people can attend. They either need to start having more very early morning classes or evening classes, not 8 or 9 am. Their app and website do not work well at all, they are very glitchy and that is how you have to book classes. If you can’t get into the classes you might as well buy the lower end membership and not pay for something you can’t use. More...

I recommend EVERYTHING! This gym kicks Planet Fitness out the box. If you get a chance please stop by and see Emily Mulligan! She took very good care of me and made sign-up a breeze.
