I just went to Crunch this week for a tour. At first it was really intimidating. I was nervous walking around for my tour but Derek was so kind, down to earth, and I felt like he really understood my anxiety. By the end of the tour I felt so welcomed, signed up for a membership, and left feeling like I would have so much great support there! They take me off auto pay, Never inform me, to me and my younger son same time, then try to charge us $135 and $190 it’s a trick to get more money they blame the system but won’t fix their own problem, this way they got more money and they tag to scare you with collections, I have my membership on auto pay for a reason

This gym requires a manager to approve of you ending a membership. Funny part is the manager is never there and they will continue to charge you until you finally find one. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place the same way you’d avoid a timeshare scam. More...

Do not join this gym. They say you can cancel your membership anytime. Not true. I was a member for almost 2 years. Called to cancel. Didn’t happen. Said I needed to come in. Well I didn’t want to come in and get hassled. Called again. They wouldn’t cancel. So I blocked automatic payment. They sent my account to collections. This is one of the nicest clubs I have visited and worked out in. I live in Ilinois and have visited this gym three times now while in town for business. It is always extremely clean, the staff is very friendly, and the energy is super upbeat and positive. You may find one of those qualities in some clubs, but rarely find all of them in one gym. We have been members for over 2 years and Love Crunch Fitness. The early morning hours 4:00 a.m and cost hooked us on joining. Crunch is very Spacious, clean, has Top Quality Equipment, and Excellent staff. Has a variety of classes to help motivate the beginner,and the seasoned fitness types. Completed my first workout at Crunch today since changing over from Xperience. I’ve never felt so good after working out. There are so many machines that I’ve seen online in videos I’ve watched that I’ve never experienced before and I loved every minute of it . I used to be a member at Planet Fitness. I recently signed up here based on recommendations from many friends, and I truly couldn’t feel more satisfied! Every employee I’ve come in contact with has been so unbelievably friendly and helpful with any of my questions. Usually I just do my own thing but today I had my first group class with Carrie and it was such a great workout! She was such a great instructor and I look forward to taking more of her classes.
