I had the pleasure of renting a Crown Las Vegas party bus for an hour for a party of 10. The hour consisted of a pick up from our hotel, Hard Rock, to a tour of the Vegas Strip then a drop off at Omnia Night Club. . We were celebrating my husbands 50th birthday. The driver showed up 10 to 15 minutes early which was more than enough time for all of us to be ready. However, by the beginning of the hour, my party wasn't quite ready. When we finally took off, it was about 25 minutes after the hour. That was fine; we made the most of it and enjoyed the party bus and ride anyway. The driver was very courteous and professional the entire time. The party bus was exceptionally clean and entertaining. Thank you Ofil for such great service. We rented a last minute party bus last night for a couple hours. They were very responsive when I reached out to them. The transaction was easy and the driver was awesome. He picked us up on time (was there early) and helped me when I was lost finding him. Our driver was Kenny. He was very helpful in guiding us around Vegas. The bus was comfortable. There was AC on, and when we were cold he turned it down for us upon request. He provided water. We were able to control and pick the music via Bluetooth on our phone. Thanks, Kenny! More...

While there was a misunderstanding with our transportation, the owner (Ofir) did make it right by us which is why I'm giving them 4 stars.
