I am part of a non profit entity that worked with CJM on the development of our organization from scratch. They helped with development of our logo, marketing material, pitch deck, email, and are currently working on the website. The Crown Jewel team was very friendly, helpful, insightful, and responsive. The group really took the time to get to know our mission and vision and they seemed to care about what we are trying to accomplish. We needed to have live-now playing album art, artist, and title information embedding in the site and they made it work to suit our specific need. They also trained our staff to be self reliant in making changes as they come. They didn't try to sell us features we didn't need or make us buy ongoing packages that drained our budget.
