I joined CF Vice about a month or so ago. My first time ever being a part of a gym or program like this. It is really an awesome, program. Both the coaches, Malcolm and Paulo are really knowledgeable and caring. They truly care about ur safety and ensuring that you are doing the movements correctly. I love working out at Vice, the community is equally caring and is very supportive of one another as well as newcomers.

I've been going to CF Vice for roughly a month. It is a great atmosphere with welcoming coaches and members. All the workouts can be scaled for your ability level. There is plenty of equipment and the facility itself is clean. I would highly recommend this gym. More...
