I have been working out with Gary's help for about 2 years, then he opened up Unsung. Unsung is great. The people I have come to meet and workout with are really good people. Lots of positive encouragement by all. Gary is always conscience of anyone's injuries and works around them to keep them moving and still getting a workout! Love it! As a grandmother with some limitations and medical issues Gary has adapted some crossfit workouts that I am able to do. Everything he does he works around you and genuinely cares about your health and ability to keep moving and keep your focus to feel the best that you can. We found Crossfit Unsung by researching boxes in the Poway area since we're visiting family during the holidays. What drew us in was the flexible drop in rates and the ease in which we could sign up. A lot of places make the visitor process super difficult, but not here! We absolutely loved the coaches and the community atmosphere here! The people are all so nice and friendly. Crossfit unsung is a great gym to go to everyone treats you like family and always welcoming great coaches that take time to help you scale or help you improve on your skill � and grow as a a crossfitter. When I first moved to California I tried out different crossfit gym around poway area and by far loved crossfit unsung. The coaches are always pushing you to reach your max and always push to do extra credit after each workout or go hiking on Sunday just for an extra push. More...
