Wow - what a facility and coaching. I was visiting from California. This place is awesome. Very large facility with dedicated free weight section, stretching area, rower, ski erg, Airdyne areas and crossfit pullup/ring racks. Deuce was a great coach and gave excellent feedback. My husband and I dropped in to Steele Creek Crossfit while visiting Charlotte. Our emails regarding drop in were responded to quickly and were helpful in getting us to the correct class times and pre-signing our waivers. When we arrived, Kyra greeted us and showed us around the facility, making us feel instantly at home. Kyra introduced us to the rest of the class, and it is clear there is an amazing community at Steele Creek. Having suffered a severe lower back injury back in February of 2018, I finally decided to give Crossfit a shot. Man, everything has change since. They have some of the best coaches in Charlotte. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and are always there to help you improve your technique. Everyone seems to get along and are always showing support to each other. Fast forward to November, it has been the best decision health wise. I haven't had any lower back injury setbacks and I have improved on my quality of reps and weight. More...
