Great gym! I visited 4 different CrossFit gyms and this is the only gym that offers 6 "on-ramp" one on one classes to make sure you get the basic movements. Instructors are all very knowledgeable and help keep me within my abilities to keep proper form and avoid injuries, all the while encouraging improvement! More...

I have belonged to several different gyms over the years...this is by far my best experience. The community here is like no other, they keep you motivated without being pushy, the coaching is excellent(something you pay top dollar for at a traditional gym) and I am stronger and feel better than I have in years! Excellent facility with great coaching and a welcoming community. I've felt like a part of the "family" since the day I joined. Ham, the owner, is easy to talk to, and he seems to genuinely have the best interests of each client in mind. Whether you're a drop-in or new member, you'll be glad you found this box.
