I brought a group of women- all different ages, body types and abilities, and Bruce and everyone made us feel so very welcome! The exercises were modifiable to accommodate everyone’s level, the atmosphere was incredibly supportive and motivating! Definitely 5 stars! More...

My dad and I are new to CrossFit stopped in for a class, everyone was so welcoming. The coaches are very knowledgeable and stuck by our side to help explain everything. We will definitely come back!
