Joining RUA was the best decision I have made. The instructors are wonderful and patient. There are people of all athletic abilities and the workouts are scaled to each person’s abilities. My favorite aspect of this box is how supportive and welcoming everyone is. Workouts are varied and different each day which keeps things interesting and makes me want to keep coming back.
