There truly is #noplacelikeprominent! If you're looking for a workout program that will challenge you, change you and encourage you, look no further. The programming is the best I've ever tried and I've tried many. And the coaching staff, OUTSTANDING! Each and every coach is great on all levels. They're like family and they all want what's best for you. My husband and I started this program in February 2019 with a one month special. We had all intentions of just trying it for a month and moving on. I think we both knew the moment we walked in, we'd be there much longer. We've grown attached to not only the coaches, but also the members. The members are also like family. Prominent will change your life, for the best! Stop by, check them out!! CrossFit has been getting better but it's very bad when coach Kodi isn't there it's tortuous. Coach Kodi is the best. Coach Taylor favors Laney. And coach Aldoe and Jose are disgusting! But they are leaving so hopefully it will be better. It's also burning!!!!! More...

VERY good. Always push you to get better, but Coach Jose is very uncomfortable. When ever he talks he's so rude too. Also coach Paul hits on these three girls. Never the less they are the younger coaches, and young people do stupid stuff. Coach Taylor is super sweet. She is also very motivational! Coach Damien is amazing because he likes to try and interact with and make jokes and he's just a rly lovable funny person. I haven't got a chance to meet coach Cody yet but I'm sure he's amazing! This is good because each day there is something that benefits everybody. Also if you would like to add something to the workout for that day, they'll try and incorporate your activity. Also after every class, they'll call each kid to the back room until everyone is in there. (Keep in mind you check in everyday.) They give you tips and tell you good job etc. But, then they choose random kids to go up and talk to the class, which is rly nice bc u can see others POVs. This place is also great because nobody makes fun of your body type, or how slow/ fast u are. It's just really great! Oh did I mention it was for both kids and adults?!?! But ofc the adults r separated from the kids group. About 20-30 kids show up, but on Fridays it's a rly good time to come in because there is only typically 3-8 kids there, so it's a rly good chance to get some one on one! Crossfit Prominent is a place that I look forward to being at every single day. I enjoy hanging out with the Prominent family after classes and by the way people hang around before/after class, I know others do too. I use to go to a regular gym and would want to get in and get out as fast as possible. I don’t have that mentality with Crossfit Prominent and I would spend all day there if I could. Since joining 6 months ago I have not only seen growth in my endurance and strength but my overall health as well has improved. I enjoy putting in the work before, during, and after class and they even provide extra comp training to help achieve my goals.The coaches are knowledgeable, encouraging, and personable. I can honestly say it is my favorite part of the day and I look forward to more PR’s, more a** kickings and more good times. I highly recommend this box for anyone who just wants to better themselves and have a good time doing it, no matter their skill level. More...

Great gym for crossfit and general fitness. If you are looking for a spot that will push you but not hurt you so you can go to work the next day Crossfit Prominent is the place to go. All the trainers are patient and concentrate on form first. They also do sessions outside of their normal classes, individual training, meal plan assistance, etc. Whatever your fitness goals are you should be able to reach them here while having fun doing it.
