You won't find a better group of people. This isn't just a gym, it's a family. A family that will push you to be your best and pick you up when you fall. If you want to get in better shape, the coaches here will set you on the right path. I showed up here almost 300 lbs scared of being judged or looked at funny. I NEVER had that experience. This place will change you!!! My husband and I have been going to Nika since May this year and we are addicted. The coaches are more than that, they are family and friends. Everyone here are your biggest cheerleaders! The amount of support this group of people bring in our lives is beyond what I could have wished for. The team of owners and trainers at CrossFit Nika are amazing! They take the time to properly train you before jumping in and beginning the workouts, and they focus a significant amount of time on ensuring that you use proper form during exercises. As a chiropractor, I recommend CrossFit Nika to many of my patients to improve core strength and stability, knowing that they will be monitored and well trained by the staff. Our son even does the CrossFit Kids class with Emylee and absolutely loves it!!
