CrossFit MXL

this gym is made up of a great group of people. our first interaction was with the healthy kids running series in Perkasie where they donated their time to help the kids prep for the races. with the current COVID 19 restrictions, they have once again volunteered their time and energy to help get kids up and moving through a free kids zoom class. this is one thankful mom! Started my CF journey here 4 years ago. The coaches are top notch and extremely dedicated to keeping you on track. The community is very inviting and everyone is friendly. Highly recommend.
