Great CF family to join whatever level of experience you have. All the equipment and space you need to get in a good workout. Coaches instruct at all levels- surprisingly for the area, this Box has a Regionals level athlete. So their programming is on point. While I’m not a competitive level athlete, I do like that I get a good workout while also knowing they can ‘kick it up a notch or two’ if desired.
