Awesome gym in the Adirondacks. I dropped in Coach Kyle met me and was very professional. He gave me the warm up and offered to Coach me as needed. He then judged my workout. I thought he was super. As I was visiting the area for school I decided to drop into the box. I walked in and it was beautiful ! Coach Nate was great. He spent time learning something new about his members, warming our muscles up and going through each individual moment correctly all with an encouraging attitude. Very open design, top notch Rogue equipment. Very welcoming to drop in visitors. There is also some open gym time after the 9 am class which is great, to do some extra work or your own WOD. Knowledgeable instructors!
