CFI has had a huge impact on my life, from health to daily functionality, and overall abilities as an athlete. I’ve been apart of the Crossfit community for several years and I found that the coaches here at CROSSFIT INSURGENT are some of the most knowledgeable, dedicated, friendly, and professional staff I have encountered. They go the extra mile to ensure that everyone gets that personnel touch and they will work with you to make your getting a great workout. Absolutely a GREAT crossfit gym! This was my first week officially training. The guys start you off with 5 on ramp classes to teach you techniques and make sure your doing the work out properly. They are very inspiring and very hands on with the class's. All the coaches are very knowledgeable and teach proper techniques. It's also a very family feel to the gym which I love about it... This box has been an inspiration to me to lose weight. Not only is this the best box in the SGV lb for lb but the coaching staff has been incredible. I am proud to have been apart of such an incredible box since the time I joined crossfit over 2+ years ago. Everyone makes sure that the athletes can do the movements without getting hurt, and if form starts to drop they ask you to drop weight. After losing over 65lbs from Crossfit, this box does not even compare to the others in the area. This is a top notch box with top notch lifting coaches and crossfit coaches. All the coaches are wonderful to work with and I would even bring my friends here. They care so much about an athletes health and mobility that it goes way beyond what most other boxes even do/offer. This is truly a family environment. The friendships that you make in this box and the events Insurgent does is just beyond incredible. No words can describe it. If you're looking for a competitive box and you want to hone your skills. This box will GET IT DONE! or even if you want to just workout and enjoy the atmosphere. Either way, this box is the best investment you can ever make for yourself. I will never go back to a measly gym ever again. I am sad to leave this box, but it is not goodbye. I am truly blessed to call this box my home and to have built the many friendships with not only the coaches, but other athletes. Seriously, if your in the local community and your looking for a better box, or tired of going to the regular gym, seriously check this BOX OUT and come on down!
