Very supportive, motivating and encouraging atmosphere from the moment we walked up, through the workout and to the end. A BIG plus on our books, especially when it’s our first time at a fitness location. The warm up and workout were challenging but great enough to make us feel like we ended up with an amazing feeling of accomplishment. Two thumbs up on both coaches tonight, Quincy and Victor.
