CrossFit Flex

I am pretty new to this gym but I am not new to the CrossFit community. I was at a previous gym that closed down and needed to find a new home decided to give several gyms a try but this one being the first in a list. after trying out this gym for the free week I never even went to check out any of the other gyms. for those that know me, know that my fitness journey is less about being the fittest person and more about being fit and supporting the people around me who interned support me and push me and that is exactly what I found at this gym. a very large coaching staff and support and an amazing community that made me feel right at home the second I started. I've been doing this for a very long time and this gem feels the way my very first gym did to me and pulled me into this community. I love it More...
